A superb spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers, drinks tables and sun umbrellas for enjoying peaceful relaxing times lounging by the pool, taking in the terrific views of the bay and sheltering mountains surrounding Kalkan, or just watching others take the strain in the pool!
For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking, a large traditional BBQ has been built in the garden. The local butcher will provide any cut of meat you require or how about purchasing some fresh fish or large succulent prawns for a wonderful al fresco meal.
Place a sun lounger in a shady corner of the garden surrounded by an assortment of tumbling colourful bougainvillea, flowering shrubs and fruit trees including, pomegranate, avocado and lemon trees.

The first floor bedrooms both have access onto a balcony that nearly encircles the villa, giving wonderful views across the bay as you wake to the slowly rising sun appearing over the top of the protective Taurus mountains. In addition a large roof terrace on the second floor is accessed from the remaining two bedrooms, and is furnished with wrought iron table and chairs. It is a place to get away from it all, totally relax, unwind and in the evenings watch the twinkling lights of Kalkan bring the town alive as the sun slowly sets behind the hills.
When booking consideration should be given to the fact that the villa is accessed via steps. The villa is a non-smoking villa, therefore smoking is only allowed outside.
The villa is located not far from the Yali Supermarket which has the biggest choice of food and domestic items including beach and pool items in Kalkan. Freshly baked crusty bread is available twice a day and for larger purchases free deliveries are happily provided on request.
